Brand
Marco Mazzarello is a travel-inspired accessories brand founded in New York. The brand was born after our founder left a career in Big 4 consulting, traveled the world, and fell in love with the fashion found in the local markets of Greece, Vietnam, and beyond.
Every piece in our collection is inspired by something our founder discovered on the road — a silhouette spotted in Hanoi, a material found in Athens, or a color palette that only exists in a certain corner of the world.
Collections
The Far East Collection is our Vietnamese-inspired edit. Each piece draws from the textures, colors, and craftsmanship encountered through Hanoi, Hoi An, and the Mekong Delta.
The Mediterranean Collection is our Greece-inspired edit. It captures the warmth, elegance, and unhurried beauty of the Greek Mediterranean through sunglasses, bags, hats, and jewellery.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Every shipment includes tracking so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days after dispatch, for a total estimated delivery window of 4–8 business days.
Standard tracked delivery is $5.99 on all orders. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 60 days of the delivery date. Items received after the return window may not be accepted.
To qualify, items must be in new, unused condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or receipt.
Email sales@marcomazzarello.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send instructions on how to prepare your item, along with the return address and shipping requirements.
No. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping label. We recommend using a tracked service so your package reaches us safely.
No. We do not charge restocking fees.
Contact us immediately at sales@marcomazzarello.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review it and arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, refund, or exchange.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, request a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
Orders can be cancelled only before they have been sent to our warehouse for processing. Once an order has been packed or shipped, you’ll need to wait until delivery and then initiate a return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the decision. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or card provider may take up to 7 additional business days to process the funds.
